Equipment quality is competition standard and better than you'd find at almost any UK gym. Friendly and helpful staff and members reside here who are always willing to assist with fitness related goals and issues. I compete nationally/internationally and am more than happy with the service.

Visited this gym on a day pass due to being in the area and it's by far the best gym I've used. The staff here are extremely friendly and helpful, excellent range of equipment, selection of different bars etc. Will definitely recommend and use this gym again.
